Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage internal and external phone calls and emails.
2. Assist customers with product issues, questions, and general inquiries.
3. Creating and setting up return and replacement orders.
4. Investigate reoccurring issues and bring them up through the proper channels.
5. Enter in sales orders when necessary.
6. File freight claims when product arrives damaged.
7. Establish trusted relationships with customers to ensure a quality customer experience.
8. Willingness to be cross trained in other areas within sales, purchasing, accounting.
9. Ability to apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Requirements:Skills:
• Strong communication skills with phone and email
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay calm and de-escalate difficult situations.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, ERP systems etc.)

Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related customer service experience
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily indoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
