Job Description
National Presto Industries is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team!
As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our Spanish-speaking customers. You will engage with customers through thoughtful, professional communication, address inquiries with clarity and care, and proactively resolve concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- monitor incoming customer inquiries
- problem-solve and provide timely and effective solutions
- educate customers on use of Presto® products
- address warranty questions
- maintain accurate records of customer orders and call notes
Requirements:
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- ability to speak and understand Spanish proficiently
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
Skills & Attributes
- excellent written communication skills
- strong command of grammar
- detail oriented
