Description:

The milk + honey Product team is small, agile, and built for impact. As one half of a two-person team, the Product Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our product business by owning key operational functions and ensuring priorities move from idea to execution.

This role is designed for someone who thrives on ownership. You'll manage projects, processes, and cross-functional coordination with a high degree of autonomy, allowing the Senior Product Manager to focus on strategic initiatives and long-term growth. Success in this role comes from being proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and confident in taking responsibility for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Account Management

  • Own and manage Faire and Indie wholesale accounts, including order processing and account oversight
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Faire portal and all wholesale purchase order (PO) entry and processing
  • Manage project coordination and ongoing communication with our 3PL partner (LMS)

Product & Systems Operations

  • Own the end-to-end product creation process and maintain accurate, up-to-date product data across all platforms (Zenoti, CIN7, and Shopify)
  • Act as a key point of contact for 3PL-related activities, including leading fulfillment projects and resolving issues
  • Support general customer service inquiries across ecommerce, Amazon, and retail locations, including orders, subscriptions, returns, and escalations

Contract Manufacturer & Inventory Support

  • Own component ordering, tracking, and communication in partnership with contract manufacturers (CMs) and third-party vendors
  • Place and manage POs for all milk + honey production orders
  • Process inventory receipts from the 3PL and collaborate with Accounting to support monthly inventory counts

Amazon Channel Management

  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager to align on assortment strategy
  • Establish and own processes to maintain sufficient Amazon inventory levels
  • Coordinate with third-party Amazon liaisons to drive and execute process improvements

Ecommerce Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing ecommerce partner to maintain accurate product detail pages (PDPs), imagery, and listings
  • Manage subscription products and ensure data accuracy across platforms

Training & Education Resources

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of training and education materials for third-party brands, specifically for the concierge team
  • Collect and format vendor-supplied training resources for internal team use
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify best practices and continually improve training materials

Requirements:
  • 2–4+ years in an operations, supply chain, or project coordination role with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of initiatives
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively identify next steps with minimal day-to-day oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing relationships across vendors, 3PLs, and internal departments (Marketing, Accounting, Operations)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry, purchase order management, and inventory/SKU tracking
  • Experience with inventory, e-commerce, or business management platforms (e.g., Shopify, CIN7, Zenoti, Faire) or the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
