About the Role
We’re looking for a battle‑tested Project Manager who thrives in complexity, creates alignment where ambiguity exists, and consistently turns ambitious product visions into shipped reality.

What You'll Own/Do:Own Delivery Planning and Coordination from Concept to Launch
- Lead multiple complex initiatives end‑to‑end, from definition through launch and stabilization
- Build and maintain execution plans that balance speed, quality, and real‑world constraints
- Actively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery
- Ensure outcomes align with product strategy and business priorities
Bring Clarity and Order to Ambiguous Problems
- Translate unclear goals into structured plans, milestones, and decision frameworks
- Maintain clear, lightweight documentation that keeps teams aligned and moving
- Adapt plans quickly as inputs change while preserving momentum and trust
- Frame issues crisply to enable fast, confident decisions
Drive Cross‑Functional Accountability and Alignment
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams
- Establish clear ownership and expectations for all deliverables
- Hold teams accountable to commitments with professionalism and consistency
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
Improve How Teams Execute at Scale
- Apply proven project management practices without unnecessary overhead
- Improve execution reliability through better planning, visibility, and follow‑through
- Keep teams focused on outcomes, not noise
- Raise the quality bar through example and execution excellence
Proven Project Delivery in Complex Environments
- 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives in technology‑driven organizations
- Strong track record of shipping real products and features under real constraints
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, and risk effectively
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments with competing priorities
Strong Technical and Product Fluency
- Experienced in partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership
- Able to understand technical dependencies, tradeoffs, and delivery implications
- Skilled at translating complexity into clear, actionable plans
- Confident operating in environments with evolving requirements
Leadership, Communication, Ownership
- Clear, credible communicator across all levels of the organization
- Trusted to lead execution without relying on formal authority
- Comfortable navigating tension, tradeoffs, and tough conversations
- Demonstrates consistent ownership, accountability, and follow‑through
- 7+ years in project and program management in the software industry, with at least 3+ years in a senior role
- Proven success in implementing PjM processes and best practices in an early agile organization
- Experience managing globally distributed teams
- Proficiency/Fluency in Mandaring (speaking)
- A combination of both enterprise and start-up work experience

The pay range for this role is:
140,000 - 170,000 USD per year(HQ - Austin)
