Applicator in Knox City, Missouri at Logan Agri-Service Inc

· Report to the site or department lead for daily assignments and seasonal priorities.

· Load, unload, move, stage, and organize agricultural products, supplies, and materials.

· Assist with basic equipment setup, cleanup, refueling, washing, and routine upkeep under supervision.

· Help maintain clean work areas, yards, shop areas, warehouses, and product storage areas.

· Assist drivers, applicators, warehouse employees, mechanics, or site staff when extra labor is needed.

· Use PPE and safe material-handling practices when working around seed, fertilizer, chemical areas, equipment, dust, noise, and outdoor conditions.

· Communicate shortages, broken bags, spills, damage, equipment concerns, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

· Support daily agricultural operations and seasonal workload demands.

· Perform general labor, cleanup, product handling, and basic maintenance tasks.

· Operate or assist with equipment only when trained and authorized.

· Follow OSHA, DOT-adjacent, EPA/WPS, PPE, and site-specific safety protocols.

· Remain flexible and willing to learn tasks that support operations across departments.

Outdoor, shop, warehouse, yard, and field conditions. Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, material handling, seasonal exposure to dust, noise, weather, fertilizers, chemicals, and agricultural products.

Follow all applicable company safety procedures, PPE requirements, equipment-use rules, incident reporting expectations, and regulatory requirements tied to the assigned work area. Report unsafe conditions, damaged product, spills, injuries, near misses, equipment concerns, and customer issues promptly through the appropriate supervisor or department channel.

· Valid driver license preferred or required when assigned driving tasks.

· Ability to perform outdoor and physical work in seasonal conditions.

· Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, and work on uneven ground as assigned.· Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work safely around agricultural products and equipment.
