Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Customer Account Field Representative to join our team!

Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a Customer Account Field Representative to check on accounts in-person and to report on activities, verify, repair or replace equipment and detect activity related to safety, security, and asset protection concerns such as theft, fraud etc. Conduct observational audits related to violations of company policy and local laws. Document findings in the daily activity report and or incident reports. Create evidence packages consisting of reports and copies of digital media for company reporting systems and release to outside law enforcement.

Job Duties:

• Participate in on-site visits of contracted vendors to monitor the operations related to equipment functionality, asset protection of company owned collections assets. Communicate findings to supervisor and generates written reports.
• Conduct reviews of specific vendors related to special requests from Buffalo Biodiesel leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time away from home

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets.
• Basic mechanical / handyman skills (use of power tools)
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record – will operate company vehicle
