Business owners wear a lot of hats, and most don't have time to shop around for a better payment setup. That's where you come in. As a Commerce Solutions Advisor, you'll be the person who looks at how they take orders and payments, finds a better fit, and makes the switch easy.

We train you fully up front, give you a clear playbook, and keep a team close by so you're never figuring it out alone. Because the product saves owners money each month, these conversations usually go well. This is a full-time role, and pay rewards results, with bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

• Have real conversations with business owners about how their day works
• Ask questions that uncover what their current setup is costing them
• Walk them through a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits
• Answer concerns honestly and help them feel good about the change
• Stay their go-to contact as they get set up and running
• Record each conversation and next step in the CRM

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, curious communicator who listens well
• Reliable and organized with strong follow-through
• Coachable and comfortable learning a new process
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales helps
