This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Software Quality Assurance Analyst in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the quality and reliability of large-scale health technology solutions that directly support users across North America.
You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure software systems meet high standards of performance, accuracy, and usability.
The position involves designing and executing structured test strategies, analyzing technical documentation, and identifying potential risks early in the development cycle.
You will play a key role in ensuring end-to-end software quality across critical applications used in healthcare and well-being services.
Beyond execution, you will also support knowledge sharing and help mentor junior QA team members in best practices.
The environment is collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation in digital health.
This is a bilingual role offering remote flexibility within Canada, with occasional travel requirements.

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to clearly understand testing scope and requirements.
  • Analyze technical documentation to define test scenarios and develop comprehensive manual test cases with positive and negative coverage.
  • Execute structured testing activities, maintain test suites, and ensure accuracy in test data, expected results, and execution outcomes.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, including retesting and validation within defined timelines.
  • Work closely with QA Leads to communicate progress, risks, and potential impacts on delivery schedules or quality standards.
  • Contribute to peer reviews, support junior QA team members, and assist in improving overall testing practices and standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across teams to support delivery of stable, high-impact healthcare technology solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within software or technology environments.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to interpret technical and functional requirements from a user-centric testing perspective.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly report issues and collaborate on solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid settings with strong self-management skills.
  • Availability to travel within Canada when required.
  • Nice to have: experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, Java, or exposure to financial services or pension administration systems.
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work model with optional access to office locations (hybrid flexibility available).
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and employer-supported pension plan.
  • Paid vacation, wellness days, and performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Strong mentorship culture with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on innovation and continuous learning.
  • Exposure to large-scale, impactful healthcare technology projects.
  • Flexible scheduling supporting work-life balance and personal well-being.
