About the Role:

As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and college campuses to build a strong employer brand and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical recruiting and staffing services.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices including contract recruitment and temporary staffing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. (50 - 70 open positions during peak season)
  • Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a trade industry, or minimum of 5 years recruitment experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and building relationships with community-based organizations
  • Familiarity with organizing and participating in recruiting events and job fairs.
  • Background in internet recruiting and leveraging social media for talent acquisition.
  • Experience working in a diverse and inclusive hiring environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support college recruiting initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through internet recruiting, social media platforms, and staffing services to fill temporary, contract, and permanent positions.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.

The required skills such as proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems enable you to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment processes. Your expertise in college recruiting and recruiting events allows you to proactively source emerging talent and build strong employer branding. Technical recruiting and contract recruitment skills are essential for identifying candidates with specialized skill sets and managing various employment types. Temporary staffing and staffing services knowledge help you address short-term workforce needs while maintaining quality hires. Internet recruiting skills empower you to leverage online platforms and social media to expand candidate reach and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
