This role focuses on building and managing high-value client relationships within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment centered on digital assets and crypto markets. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring premium clients such as professional traders and institutional participants, while driving growth in trading volume, assets under management, and overall revenue contribution. The position requires a strong ability to understand complex financial and crypto products and translate them into tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining market insights, product knowledge, and relationship management to deliver measurable business impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape client strategies and improve service offerings. This is a high-performance role that demands resilience, adaptability, and strong commercial acumen in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Identify, acquire, and expand relationships with high-value clients through multiple channels including events, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, conducting regular reviews to understand trading behavior, capital allocation, and product needs
- Own key performance indicators such as trading volume, assets under management, and revenue contribution for assigned client portfolios
- Provide expert consultation on crypto and financial products including spot, derivatives, options, structured products, and yield solutions
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to design customized solutions addressing client needs and pain points
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging product innovations to deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up and conversion tracking
- Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to support strategic decision-making and product improvement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi, or related digital asset products
- Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or account management with high-value clients
- Solid understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return concepts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- KPI-driven mindset with the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment
- Ability to work in high-pressure settings with frequent travel and client engagement requirements
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and ability to operate in uncertain and fast-changing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
- Ability to work fluently in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
