BODYWORKS, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Beckley, West Virginia.

At BODYWORKS, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, neurologic, vestibular, concussion, pelvic health, and work-related injuries. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while providing clinicians with strong administrative support, advanced treatment resources, and opportunities for continued professional development.
Your Role
Physical Therapist (PT)
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Treat orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, vestibular, and other outpatient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation utilizing available technology and support resources.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients in achieving functional goals and improved quality of life.
- Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
Physical Therapist (PT)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Preferred for Both Roles
- Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
