Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide consultative sales processes, build long-term partnerships, and develop high-value projects that generate measurable business impact. The position offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers and cross-functional collaboration, combining business development, strategic consulting, and relationship management. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect diverse solutions into customized offerings that create lasting value for clients.
- Drive the development and expansion of strategic business opportunities within enterprise organizations and partner networks, contributing to revenue growth and market presence.
- Lead consultative sales cycles from opportunity qualification through negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with clients to understand operational, healthcare, and financial challenges, translating insights into customized commercial proposals.
- Design and position tailored solutions by integrating available products, services, partnerships, and technical resources to address specific client needs.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Monitor business performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to ensure sustainable partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operational, technical, and partner teams to support project implementation, delivery, and ongoing success.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and proactively develop new business initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support demand generation activities and client acquisition strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter reference for commercial partnerships and consultative sales initiatives, contributing strategic insights and supporting organizational growth.
- Proven experience within the healthcare ecosystem, including exposure to corporate healthcare, health insurance, healthcare providers, hospitals, healthtechs, or related sectors.
- Strong background in consultative selling, business development, and relationship management within complex B2B environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client challenges and develop customized solutions that generate operational, clinical, and financial value.
- Experience managing complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and long consultative sales cycles.
- Advanced knowledge of consultative sales methodologies and enterprise account management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- High levels of organization, planning, resilience, and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience designing and implementing customized solutions, service models, or strategic projects for corporate clients.
- Background in healthcare, technology, innovation, consulting, or integrated healthcare ecosystems.
- Knowledge of the supplemental healthcare market and key healthcare and technology stakeholders.
