This is a mission-driven, high-impact recruitment role focused on attracting top-tier Marketing and Communications talent to support a global, purpose-oriented organization. You will own end-to-end recruiting across a wide range of roles, from individual contributors to senior leadership, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates. The role combines strategic talent acquisition planning with hands-on execution, including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping shape hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes across the Marketing and Communications division. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment, you will contribute to process improvements, data insights, and talent strategy development. - Lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing and Communications roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management across multiple levels
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, and engagement strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and efficient hiring processes
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and present qualified candidate slates to hiring teams
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support recruitment planning and decision-making
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through to onboarding
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of innovative, efficient recruitment practices
- Build relationships with external networks, associations, and talent communities to strengthen sourcing capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proven experience recruiting for Marketing and Communications roles, including leadership-level positions
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate development across diverse pipelines
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Directors and VP-level hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles across different geographies and timelines
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and recruitment metrics to support decision-making
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and maintain attention to detail
- Experience in mission-driven or fast-paced environments is highly valued
- Competitive salary range of $93,245 – $113,900 (U.S. based roles)
