Job Description

Growth & Marketing Represenative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth & Marketing Representative based in Canada.

This is a remote, customer-facing growth role focused on helping clinic owners strengthen their online presence and attract more of the right patients.
You’ll begin by leading free website checkup calls with warm inbound prospects, providing practical recommendations and building trust through genuinely helpful conversations.
As you develop your expertise, you’ll expand into demos and introductory calls covering websites, SEO, social media, and paid advertising services.
You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline of interested prospects, nurture relationships, and guide clinic owners toward solutions that genuinely fit their needs.
The role is designed for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning quickly, and having meaningful conversations rather than following a rigid sales script.
You’ll receive direct mentorship and progressively take ownership of your conversations, pipeline, and results.
With a strong emphasis on fit, customer value, AI-enabled productivity, and professional growth, this is an opportunity to build a career in growth and marketing within a supportive remote environment.

Accountabilities
  • Lead free website checkup calls with clinic owners, providing clear, actionable recommendations around their online presence and SEO opportunities.
  • Build trust during inbound conversations by understanding each clinic’s goals, challenges, and opportunities before recommending potential solutions.
  • Progress into conducting product demonstrations and introductory calls across four service areas: websites, SEO, social media, and Google Ads.
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of warm inbound leads using Close CRM, ensuring timely follow-up, consistent communication, and effective lead nurturing.
  • Hold transparent conversations about service value, pricing, expected outcomes, and the potential business impact of maintaining the status quo.
  • Apply a fit-first approach to growth, recognizing when a prospect is not an appropriate customer and avoiding high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Handle a high volume of conversations with a diverse range of clinic owners while adapting your communication style to different audiences and situations.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude for call preparation, prospect research, follow-ups, and day-to-day productivity.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of digital marketing services and the needs of healthcare and allied-health clinics.
  • Take ownership of personal performance and pipeline activity while actively incorporating coaching and feedback into your approach.
  • Contribute to an evolving growth environment by identifying opportunities to improve prospect experiences, processes, and outreach practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience in areas such as customer support, service, retail, hospitality, or an entry-level sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and conversational skills, with the confidence to build rapport quickly with people you have not met before.
  • Ability to explain technical or marketing concepts clearly and simply while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume environment involving frequent calls, varied conversations, and self-managed follow-up activity.
  • Strong coachability and self-direction, with an ability to absorb feedback and progressively take ownership of customer conversations.
  • Ability to learn new software and digital tools quickly without needing a highly technical background.
  • Willingness to incorporate AI tools such as Claude into daily workflows for research, preparation, communication, and productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple warm leads while maintaining consistent follow-up.
  • Customer-first mindset with the judgment to prioritize long-term fit and value rather than pursuing a sale at any cost.
  • Genuine curiosity, adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-growing environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience working in allied health, healthcare clinics, or a related customer-facing environment, or a personal connection to the sector.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, websites, social media, paid advertising, or SaaS products.
Benefits
  • Salary: CAD $60,000 annual starting salary for this entry-level position.
  • Pay-for-growth approach: Regular career development conversations with management, with compensation designed to grow as your experience and contribution increase.
  • Comprehensive benefits: Access to a broad benefits package designed to support employee well-being.
  • Remote work: Fully remote position available across Canada.
  • Mentorship: Direct coaching and support from a customer growth leader, with a structured path toward confidently managing customer conversations.
  • Career development: Opportunity to grow from website checkup calls into broader demonstrations, introductory calls, and growth responsibilities across multiple marketing services.
  • AI-enabled environment: Hands-on exposure to AI tools and workflows designed to improve research, preparation, follow-up, and productivity.
  • Supportive culture: Collaborative, learning-oriented environment emphasizing customer value, openness, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Meaningful impact: Help healthcare and allied-health clinic owners strengthen their online presence and ultimately connect with more patients.
