Key Responsibilities

Creative & Marketing Asset Development

• Create and update marketing materials including print collateral, digital ads, social media assets, flyers, direct mail pieces, and promotional signage
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (and related creative tools) to design and edit branded marketing materials
• Lead creative asset preparation and delivery for campaign execution, coordinating across internal teams and external partners
• Develop content for social media channels and digital marketing campaigns
• Bonus: Edit and format video content for social media, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns

Vendor & Collateral Management

• Manage ordering, production, and inventory of marketing collateral and branded merchandise including yard signs, door hangers, apparel, water bottles, promotional giveaways, and event materials
• Manage relationships with print vendors, promotional suppliers, and fulfillment partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• Track marketing inventory and maintain organized distribution of materials across service areas and events

Community Outreach & Public Relations Support

• Lead planning and coordination of community engagement initiatives including ribbon cuttings, chamber events, mayor and city leadership meet-and-greets, and public-facing expansion announcements
• Build and maintain relationships with local municipalities, chambers of commerce, community boards, and neighborhood organizations
• Create, update, and manage media contact lists for local public relations efforts
• Manage press release distribution and public relations coordination for market launches and expansion efforts

Events, Sponsorships & Local Market Activation

• Research, evaluate, recommend, and execute local events, sponsorships, and community partnership opportunities in target service areas
• Lead sponsorship activations and event participation to maximize brand visibility and local engagement
• Manage budgets for events, sponsorships, and community outreach activities to ensure effective allocation of marketing spend
• Analyze performance and provide reporting on local marketing initiatives and community engagement outcomes, using insights to inform future activations
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform growth strategy

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives
• Create and manage content across social platforms, ensuring messaging consistency and audience engagement
• Own the social media content calendar, including campaign planning, cadence, and cross-channel alignment
• Develop and deliver creative assets for social campaigns (organic and paid)
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to align go-to-market initiatives and support revenue goals
• Coordinate with agencies, external vendors, and marketing technology platforms to support campaign execution
• Support marketing budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting
• Share marketing performance insights and recommendations with marketing leadership
