Xenter Diagnostics is hiring a Territory Sales Managers to join our team and bring a cutting-edge cognitive assessment program to primary care physicians across the country.

Our technology seamlessly integrates into Medicare Annual Wellness Exams, helping physicians make more informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Promote Xenter's cognitive diagnostic program and develop superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in meaningful clinical dialogue with primary care healthcare professionals
- Call on Primary Care Physicians, Internal Medicine providers, Family Medicine practices, Geriatricians, and Medical Groups as your primary customers with demonstrated experience gaining access into practices and the ability to navigate complex referral networks
- Use your product knowledge and selling skills to have customized conversations based on specific customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner
- Drive outstanding performance that ensures sales forecasts are met or exceeded
- Execute strategies and tactics while investing assigned budget and resources to drive territory expectations with a focus on customer and patient needs
- Maintain current understanding of your local market, practice structures, business models, and key influencers
- Demonstrate tenacity in challenging market access scenarios
- Effectively use analytical tools to understand and evaluate the business, determine how to accomplish sales objectives, and apply resources in an effective and ethical manner
- Effectively communicate product efficacy and clinical benefits to support appropriate utilization for eligible patients
- Partner with internal teams to develop strategies that drive adoption of our diagnostic program
Who We're Looking For: Experience working in primary care environments to ensure patients needs are addressed in a compliant way.
5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, preferably in diagnostics, primary care, or healthcare technology. Proven history of strong performance with established relationships with primary care providers, medical groups, or practices that perform medicare annual wellness visits.
Demonstrated high clinical acumen and the ability to be resilient and flexible in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment. You thrive in a collaborative culture on an accountability-based team and are a self-starter with a hunter mentality driving excellent decision-making, judgment, and ethics.
Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information in a highly adaptable, ethical, and effective manner.
The Details: This is a full-time remote role in Salt Lake City, Utah, Base compensation ranges from $85K to $95K. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency in the role.
