Accountabilities:
  • Lead product discovery, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management for fraud risk and analytics solutions focused on business protection and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to define product priorities, deliver incremental value, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and fraud-related insights to shape product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex fraud analytics, machine learning outputs, and large-scale datasets into actionable product decisions and enhancements.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by partnering with sales, marketing, customer support, and professional services teams to align messaging and customer value propositions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of user experience, product performance, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
  • Operate effectively within a global environment requiring coordination across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally within fraud prevention, risk management, or analytics-focused environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business fraud prevention, business risk management, statistical modeling, and AI/machine learning applications.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate analytical findings into strategic product initiatives.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and measurable business value.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-moving and high-pressure environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different seniority levels and functions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is considered a plus.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a globally distributed team structure.
