About this opportunity
Were looking for a proactive Client Services Manager (Scheduling) to guide our coordination team and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support. In this role, youll oversee scheduling, support and develop your team, maintain accurate Client and Caregiver records, and help manage after-hours rosters and day-to-day service delivery.
As we continue to grow, we are building future capability within our operations team, supported by a newly appointed Business Operations Manager. This role plays a key part in strengthening our Client Services function, ensuring we have the right structure, leadership, and support in place to deliver exceptional care now and into the future.

This role will be working across our Bunbury, Mandurah, Osborne Park and Clarkson offices within Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and mentor the Client Services Coordination team across WA.
- Oversee daily scheduling to ensure clients receive timely, consistent services
- Maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the client management system
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and Caregivers
- Coordinate after-hours and weekend on-call rosters
- Manage incident reporting, feedback, and follow-up to support quality care
About you
- Rostering experience and SCHADS knowledge is essential.
- Experience in the aged care/disability sector is highly desirable.
- Be personable, approachable, motivated, reliable, and passionate with a can-do attitude.
- Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyse data.
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
