Teach and Inspire Future Healthcare Professionals

• Lead engaging classroom, lab, and hands-on learning experience
• Help students develop the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers in diagnostic medical sonography
• Create a supportive learning environment where students can grow and succeed
• Use real-world examples and clinical expertise to bring learning to life

Support Student Success

• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for students throughout their educational journey
• Provide feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students reach their goals
• Promote student well-being, safety, and academic achievement

Improve and Grow the Program

• Help develop and update curriculum to keep pace with healthcare industry needs
• Participate in program assessment and continuous improvement efforts
• Support accreditation and institutional quality standards

Collaborate with Colleagues

• Partner with faculty and staff to recruit, retain, and support students
• Mentor adjunct instructors and contribute to a positive team culture
• Share ideas and best practices that enhance learning and student outcomes

Embrace Flexible Teaching Methods

• Use technology and our Learning Management System to support instruction
• Teach in classroom, hybrid, online, evening, or weekend formats as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Minimum of three years of related professional experience
• ARDMS registration in Abdomen and Obstetrics/Gynecology

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Prior teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience
