This role is designed for a highly analytical finance professional who excels in building, refining, and standardizing complex financial models used to support advanced data-driven and AI-focused workflows. You will work in a structured, high-precision environment where financial modeling is not only a reporting tool but a core input into scalable analytical systems. The position involves developing end-to-end financial models, improving forecasting frameworks, and ensuring consistency across modeling methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define assumptions, improve documentation standards, and enhance modeling quality across workflows. The role also requires reviewing peer models, identifying inconsistencies, and driving improvements in accuracy, scalability, and clarity. This is a remote position aligned with U.S. working hours, offering exposure to cutting-edge financial and AI-related infrastructure projects.
- Build end-to-end financial models including forecasting, KPI frameworks, operating models, and scenario analyses.
- Ensure financial models follow structured design principles and align with U.S. accounting standards.
- Review and validate financial models developed by peers, identifying logic gaps, structural issues, and inconsistencies.
- Improve model accuracy, scalability, documentation quality, and overall financial integrity.
- Develop and maintain modeling templates, frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on assumptions, methodologies, and reporting structures.
- Provide analytical support and structured feedback to improve overall modeling consistency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial modeling systems and processes.
- 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in financial modeling, FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition principles, accrual vs. cash accounting, and financial statement alignment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proven experience building, auditing, and improving complex financial models.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear financial frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in high-performance environments.
- Exposure to AI-related datasets, structured data workflows, or modeling frameworks is a plus.
