  • Lead the planning and execution of system upgrades and releases, ensuring effective timeline management and smooth implementation.
  • Oversee user administration, including access management, license monitoring, and the development of training materials for both new and existing users.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, gathering requirements, supporting adoption, and driving process improvements across global and local teams.
  • Support pricing teams through system maintenance, bulk data uploads, reporting activities, and customized data analysis.
  • Manage and validate master data, including product codes, SKU information, launches, and portfolio integrations related to acquisitions or divestments.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality through regular audits, validation processes, and harmonization with financial planning, volume forecasts, and exchange rate data.
  • Facilitate data integration from multiple sources through APIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing operations and governance.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working with international reference pricing systems, ideally as a system or solution owner.
  • Previous experience with pricing platforms such as Model N, Navlin, or similar solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with IT teams on commercial system development, maintenance, or implementation projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience in master data management, databases, SQL, and/or ETL tools.
  • Solid understanding of pricing processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple functions and regions while delivering user-focused solutions.
  • Knowledge of international reference pricing methodologies and pharmaceutical pricing environments is advantageous.
  • Exposure to regional or global business operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Educational background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits program.
  • Flexible and remote working opportunities.
  • Work-life balance initiatives designed to support employee wellbeing.
  • International and collaborative work environment.
  • Exposure to global projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Career development and progression opportunities.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that positively impact healthcare access and outcomes worldwide.
