Job Description:

• Clean and sanitize breakrooms, conference rooms, restrooms, offices and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered floor cleaning equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replacing liners.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
• Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds and vents.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors and partitions.
• Perform minor facility maintenance (replacing light bulbs, reporting damage or repair needs)
• Maintain and properly store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Lock/unlock facilities and ensure premises are secure when assigned.
• Respond to urgent or emergency clean up situations when required.
• Follow all safety, health and sanitation standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1 + year in janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Able to work across two locations: 3 days per week in Von Ormy, TX and 2 days per week in Pleasanton, TX.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
