Job Description
About the company
Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for an experienced Director of Compliance to own our enterprise compliance program. This is a leadership role for a compliance professional ready to build the infrastructure, lead the audits, and develop the team that allows PRI to scale responsibly under CMS and URAC regulation.
What you will do
• Own PRI's compliance program across IDRE, IRO, and CMS-governed programs
• Lead regulatory and URAC audit relationships as primary compliance owner
• Build and maintain the compliance risk register and compliance calendar
• Develop and lead the compliance team
• Serve as the internal expert on No Surprises Act and CMS IDR regulations
What we are looking for
• 10+ years compliance experience including 3+ years in a leadership role
• CMS and No Surprises Act / IDR regulatory knowledge preferred
• URAC or NCQA audit experience
• Track record of building compliance infrastructure, not just maintaining it
• Healthcare or regulated services industry required
Why PRI
• Meaningful work — PRI processes payment disputes that directly protect patients from unexpected medical bills under the No Surprises Act
• Growth stage — we are building the systems, processes, and team that will define PRI for the next decade
• Skills framework — every role at PRI has a defined skills ontology with clear growth paths and Udemy development pathways
• Lean and direct — decisions get made, work is visible, and contributions matter
PRI is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates on demonstrated skills and capability.
