Sponsored Clearance Contingent Hire in Reston, Virginia at Improvix Technologies

This job title should be used when extending an offer to a candidate who has been selected for a position requiring a security clearance they do not yet possess, but for which Improvix will act as the sponsoring organization. It serves as a placeholder title during the clearance process and should be applied in situations where the candidate will not begin billable work until clearance is granted. Using this generic title helps protect program details, maintain compliance with security protocols, and keep internal tracking consistent. Once the candidate’s clearance is approved, the title will be updated to reflect their actual role and program assignment.
