We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health, you'll lead and support our behavioral health clinicians to ensure compassionate, high-quality, and accessible care that improves the well-being of the communities we serve. Essential Job Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities. Supervise and support clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff, including therapists, counselors, and community psychiatric supportive treatment staff. Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.
- Conduct behavioral health diagnostic assessments: thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental factors that may impact their overall health and well-being to evaluate clients' mental health and/or substance use concerns, identify their needs, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Ensure the provision of crisis services, covering crisis services as needed including crisis assessments, Law Enforcement Ally Program, Youth Crisis Response Team, Local Emergency Planning Committee, among others.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Clinical Managers participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably with the Director of Behavioral Health and the Chief of Behavioral Health where needed.
- Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Graduate of a mater level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
- Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
- Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
- Supervisory experience, preferred.
