About the Role:

The USMC Business Development plays a critical role in bridging communication and operational coordination between SureFire weapon system developers and military end-users. This position ensures that user feedback is accurately conveyed to engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability. The liaison facilitates training sessions, demonstrations, and technical support to optimize the deployment and use of SureFire equipment in the field. By maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams, the role supports continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the SureFire Gunner Liaison contributes to the successful integration of advanced weapon accessories that meet rigorous operational demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between SureFire product developers and military field operators to gather and relay user feedback.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for military personnel to ensure proper use and maintenance of SureFire equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to communicate operational challenges and suggest improvements based on field experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during product deployment and use.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align product capabilities with customer needs and operational requirements.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, etc.
• Execute daily process improvement using lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Maintain work area by the use of 6S principles
• Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your supervisor or manager immediately
• Other duties, as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or up to 8 years' relevant work experience preferred.

Pay Range

The hiring range for this role is dependent upon experience. The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
