SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Management Analyst.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a Management Analyst I for our Production Business Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare metrics, review team goals and accomplishments, record action items, tasks, and assignments, and track against the project schedule
- Understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Facilitate communications between engineering, development, and test groups.
- Quickly and accurately disseminate technical and programmatic information.
- Report findings and project status to the Government.
- Reports are submitted in writing, but oral presentations/reviews and group interaction is required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of related experience.
Ideal Skills:
- Must have excellent time management and communication skills to work as part of a team in a system development environment.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be flexible to tasking changes.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project skills a plus.
- Must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - This positions requires the following physical activities: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and looking at computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
