- Manage the full sales cycle for a portfolio of mid-market and commercial accounts, from prospecting and pipeline generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on digital workspace and SaaS solutions.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with professional services and technical teams to ensure successful solution alignment and implementation support.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales activity reporting while consistently working toward quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning to identify new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
- 2–3 years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive or SaaS sales role, ideally managing mid-market or enterprise-level accounts.
- Proven success closing complex sales opportunities and consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience managing pipeline generation activities, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with end-user computing solutions such as VDI, UEM, DaaS, or digital workspace technologies is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or technology-related fields.
