Accountabilities:
  • Support financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and planning activities to ensure accurate financial visibility and strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, business analyses, and reporting frameworks to support operational efficiency, investment planning, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Conduct financial performance reviews and analyze key metrics including budgets, headcount planning, vendor costs, and operational expenditures.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for business optimization.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports that translate complex financial data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting and FP&A teams during month-end and quarter-end processes to improve forecasting accuracy and maintain financial predictability.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining decision-making and enhancing operational performance.
  • Contribute to investment strategy discussions by evaluating financial viability, growth opportunities, and resource allocation priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related finance roles, ideally within high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, along with experience using FP&A and analytics tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and processes.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating across departments.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within highly collaborative and fast-paced teams.
  • Willingness to work aligned with night shift schedules to support global business operations.
