Wholesale Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Wholesale Manager in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving international wholesale growth within the A2P messaging and digital communications ecosystem, working at the intersection of sales strategy, business development, and global telecom partnerships. You will be responsible for expanding customer bases and revenue streams across international markets, with a strong focus on South America. The position requires a mix of commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship management in a highly competitive and fast-evolving industry. You will engage with global aggregators, operators, and strategic partners to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing accounts. In addition to sales execution, you will contribute to product and service innovation by proposing new revenue-generating solutions. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where performance directly influences business growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Expand international customer base and revenue streams, with a focus on South American markets.
  • Manage key wholesale clients and strategic partners, ensuring strong long-term relationships and business performance.
  • Monitor and optimize margins, profitability, and financial performance across assigned accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities with international aggregators, mobile operators, and industry partners.
  • Propose and support the development of new products and services to generate additional revenue streams.
  • Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support company presence at international events, fairs, and industry forums.
  • Ensure alignment between customer activities and brand values across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in wholesale, business development, or sales within the A2P SMS or communications services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SMS A2P ecosystem, including aggregators, operators, long numbers, and short codes.
  • Proven experience managing wholesale clients and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of financial metrics, margins, and profitability management.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to work across international stakeholders.
  • Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
