Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, budgeting, and tracking performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to support the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze current and past financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and provide updates to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models and what-if analysis to support forecasting efforts.
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Monitor and report on performance across data centers.
Accounting and Revenue:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue workbooks and with various month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain internal controls information.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Implement best practices for financial analysis and reporting.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support organizational goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 1-3 years working in either finance or accounting
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
- Experience budgeting and performing basic financial analysis
- A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Physical Requirements:
- Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
