This role sits at the intersection of finance transformation, enterprise performance management, and hands-on solution delivery. You will work directly with clients to design, build, and implement OneStream solutions that enhance financial reporting, planning, and business performance management capabilities. Acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, you will lead full-cycle implementations while ensuring solutions align with customer financial processes and strategic goals. - Partner with clients to translate financial reporting and performance management requirements into scalable OneStream solutions aligned with best practices.
- Own and execute full solution builds independently, including configuration, development, and customization of applications and reporting structures.
- Design and lead multi-solution architecture sessions, producing detailed design documentation and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, financial tracking, status reporting, and governance activities in accordance with implementation methodologies.
- Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and provide technical and functional guidance to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Support pre-sales efforts by demonstrating OneStream capabilities, contributing to proposals, and advising on solution fit for prospective clients.
- Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization of existing client applications while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Conduct client training sessions and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
This role requires a highly experienced OneStream and finance systems consultant with strong technical depth, consulting expertise, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate combines hands-on implementation skills with the ability to lead client engagements and mentor delivery teams.

- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in financial systems, consulting, or enterprise performance management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with OneStream XF, including implementation, configuration, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, financial reporting, and performance management frameworks.

- Experience with enterprise databases and financial systems such as Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a consulting-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and operate effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Strong plus: CPA, CMA, MBA, or experience with legacy EPM tools such as SAP BPC, Hyperion Planning, or IBM Cognos.
- Competitive annual base salary ($131,000–$170,000) plus potential variable compensation
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Professional development and training opportunities
- Remote work flexibility across the United States
