  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and user success.
  • Own key product and business metrics including activation, retention, completion rates, and revenue per learner.
  • Identify and optimize learner activation milestones and long-term engagement loops that drive sustained platform usage.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or B2B2C products with large-scale user bases (2M+ monthly active users preferred).
  • Proven experience building and scaling learning platforms, eLearning products, MOOCs, or creator-driven ecosystems.
  • Strong UX sensibility with deep understanding of learner journeys, engagement design, and habit formation.
  • Demonstrated success running experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and iterative product optimization.
  • Experience driving growth and monetization in subscription, marketplace, or creator-based business models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use behavioral data, funnels, and cohort analysis to guide decisions.
  • Ability to balance strategic product vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable user and business outcomes.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $184,000 – $224,000
  • Opportunity to shape a flagship learning product used by millions of users globally
  • High-impact product leadership role with significant ownership and autonomy
  • Remote-first working environment with global cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong focus on experimentation, innovation, and rapid product iteration
  • Access to a fast-scaling SaaS ecosystem with complex technical and product challenges
