The position involves supporting attorneys in the management of labor litigation and administrative legal workflows.
You will actively contribute to the organization and updating of case information across legal systems and platforms.

You will collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy in case handling and procedural follow-ups.

- Support attorneys in daily legal and operational activities related to labor law cases.
- Update and manage case progress in internal and external legal systems.
- Monitor ongoing judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring deadlines and procedural accuracy.
- Assist in identifying and applying appropriate strategies for case management and workflow optimization.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of legal demands.
- Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of Law School or Law graduate without active OAB registration (mandatory).
- Familiarity with labor law concepts and practical understanding of Trabalhista legal processes.
- Experience or knowledge of court systems and judicial platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work collaboratively in a structured legal environment.
