This is an ideal opportunity for someone motivated by targets, teamwork, and making a tangible difference in healthcare outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Match clinicians with relevant healthcare assignments across hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, and other care settings based on experience and preferences.
  • Create compelling candidate profiles and manage submissions to hiring managers while ensuring timely follow-ups and progression through the hiring funnel.
  • Coordinate interviews, support offer negotiations, and actively work to close placements and secure candidate acceptance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinicians on assignment, supporting retention, extensions, and rebooking across new opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of candidate activity, placements, and updates within internal recruitment systems while supporting issue resolution when needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a related high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing or clinician placement processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable using recruitment or CRM systems and digital communication tools to manage workflows and candidate pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for performance and results.
Benefits:
  • Day-one access to health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match eligibility after 6 months and 500 hours worked.
  • Company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and optional supplemental insurance benefits.
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) policy plus 8 paid holidays annually.
  • Paid parental leave and employee assistance program (EAP) support.
  • Remote equipment provided (laptop, monitors, headset, etc.) and connectivity stipend.
  • Training and development programs to support career growth in healthcare recruiting and sales.
  • Optional pet insurance and additional voluntary benefits.
  • Competitive hourly pay range of $19.23 – $22.00/hr.
