Infection Prevention & Control Data Analyst at CharterCARE Health of Rhode Island, Inc – North Providence, Rhode Island

Summary: Under the direction of the System Director of Infection Prevention and Control, performs a variety of organizational, administrative, and data analytical duties for the Infection Prevention and Control Department. Uses Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, SharePoint and MediTech to design and generate reports, graphs, spreadsheets, and is responsible for the management of multiple database systems. Serves as the CCHP National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Administrator, accesses, manages and enters CCHP data into both local, state and federal reporting databases. Coordinates post-discharge surgical mailings, and systems tracking.

Education: High school or equivalent; in addition, Associates degree in business, computer sciences or secretarial school preferred.

Experience: Two to five years in a medical office with infection control experience preferred.
