Director Total Rewards at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Reporting to the VP Human Resources, the Director of Total Rewards is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy. Responsible for directing the design and administration of all compensation & benefits programs and policies including job evaluation, salary administration, short- and long-term incentive programs, health and voluntary benefits, and retirement plans. Monitors market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation to support Parkview’s goal to attract, engage, and retain the best talent. Also oversees payroll operations and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Partners with HR Leadership as well as senior leadership to align rewards and systems with business objectives, enhance the co-worker experience, and support talent acquisition, development and retention. Serves as a key advisor to co-workers and leaders on compensation, benefits, and workforce data. Provides flexibility when able to ensure we meet the needs of our workforce
