About This Position

Who We Are:
At HV Health and Safety, we are building more than safe workplaces—we are shaping the future of how employees are cared for. As a double minority-owned company, we bring a distinct, human-centered perspective to occupational health and safety, recognizing that behind every policy and protocol is a person. We partner with organizations to go beyond compliance, delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions that improve both employee well-being and business performance.

For physicians, this is an opportunity to practice at a higher level. You won’t just treat injuries—you’ll influence systems, shape culture, and help redefine what employee care looks like in modern workplaces. Our mission is to empower employees with confidence and create environments where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive—building a safer future, one workforce at a time.

Who You Are:
You’re a physician who believes workplace health can be done better—and you want to be part of building that future. You bring strong clinical expertise and take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality care, but you also think beyond individual cases. You naturally look for patterns, opportunities for prevention, and ways to improve how care is delivered at scale.

You’re someone who builds trust quickly. Employees feel comfortable with you because you lead with empathy, professionalism, and respect. At the same time, you’re confident partnering with leadership—able to translate clinical insight into clear, actionable guidance that supports both people and business outcomes.

You don’t see this as a routine role. You’re motivated by the opportunity to influence, to improve systems, and to help create a workplace where employees feel genuinely supported.
