Are you a people-person with a knack for closing the deal and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for a Leasing Consultant who doesn't only show apartments, but helps future residents find their new home.

The Leasing Consultant works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the community.

What You'll Do:

Turn tours into leases by delivering exceptional, personalized experiencesShowcase our community, amenities, and lifestyle- not just floor plansAnswer telephones and internet leadsRecord traffic and maintain accurate records and reportingMaintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriateProcess all paperwork to convert applications to new residentsFollow up like a pro- because timing is everythingAssist with day to day operationsSupport resident retention by creating positive first impressions that last
