Proactively prepare comprehensive briefing materials, agendas, and talking points, including compiling relevant background from past meetings. Attend select meetings to capture decisions, action items, and key discussions, then own follow-up and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Travel & Logistics
Manage complex, multi-city travel itineraries optimized for time and efficiency, anticipating all related needs including visa requirements, ground transportation, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics. Own full expense management including reconciliation, coding, and timely submission.

Events & Offsites
Take the lead on planning and organizing internal corporate events, offsites, and conference travel for both small and large groups of executives, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, travel and accommodation arrangements, and agenda coordination.

Contact Management & CRM
