Delight Restaurant Group currently owns +230 Wendy's and Taco Bell's and will become one of the largest 7 Brew franchisees in the next 5 years. The Regional Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful new stand openings. Delight has a strong meritocratic culture. As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee a dynamic portfolio of 5–7 high-volume stands. You'll coach, challenge, and champion General Managers and their crews, ensuring operational excellence while keeping culture at the core. You'll be the heartbeat of the region — driving growth, developing talent, and elevating performance across the board.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and empower 7 Brew Stand Managers and their leadership teams
- Conduct consistent stand visits to coach, evaluate performance, and develop leaders
- Build strong leadership pipelines through succession planning readiness
- Identify, develop, and promote top talent from within
Operational Execution
- Drive excellence in speed, service, quality, and culture across all stands
- Ensure consistent execution of all operational systems and brand standards
- Support labor planning, hiring strategies, and regional staffing needs
- Champion operational consistency while allowing room for local leadership to thrive
People & Culture
- Set the tone for high energy, strong accountability, and a culture of recognition
- Foster an environment where feedback flows, growth is constant, and everyone feels seen and supported
- Collaborate with Training & Development to support onboarding and new store launches
- Promote inclusion, transparency, and alignment across all levels
Business Results
- Own key metrics: sales growth, inventory and food waste management, labor productivity and costs, customer and employee retention, guest satisfaction, and cost control
- Use KPIs and P&L insights to guide strategy and performance coaching
- Partner with leadership to forecast, budget, and scale successfully
- Successful new stand openings
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a hands-on, people-first operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll need to be equal parts strategist and coach — ready to jump into the details while never losing sight of the big picture.
- 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience at the restaurant / location manager or above, preferably in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume retail/hospitality
- Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
- Exceptional communicator who inspires, gives clear feedback, and resolves conflict effectively
- Self-starter with high personal accountability — you lead by example and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for developing people — you believe your greatest legacy is the leaders you raise up
- Willing and able to travel regularly across Eastern NC (reliable transportation required, Delight will provide a travel stipend)
- Preferred experience in store openings, scaling operations, or cross-functional leadership
