We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well organized workplace. This part time role (approximately 20–24 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This position is fully on site at our Charlotte, NC office; remote work is not available.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Providing general administrative support to office staff and leadership
  • Coordinating maintenance and service requests
  • Managing office and kitchen supply inventory and placing orders
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating office events and meetings
  • Sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing documents (physical and digital)
  • Running local office errands as needed
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting with HR related tasks and special projects assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • 1–2 years of administrative, office support, or related experience (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, dependable, and team oriented mindset
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and support daily office operations
