We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating exceptional candidate experiences. This role plays a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure our recruiting efforts support EyeQ’s continued growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, giving you the opportunity to build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, and act as a brand ambassador who helps tell the story of what makes EyeQ a great place to build a career.

What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires across multiple departments.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through online platforms, networking, employee referrals, and industry events.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and selection criteria that align with EyeQ’s competencies and culture.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive, professional experience.
- Support high-volume hiring campaigns when needed across operations and field roles.
- Extend offers and coordinate pre-hire documentation, background checks, and onboarding.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent EyeQ at local and virtual recruiting events.
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects EyeQ’s culture and values.
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the candidate experience.
Process Improvement & Analytics
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate conversion, and source effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and hiring equity.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future-growth roles.
- Partner with the People Leader to refine EyeQ’s competency-based selection and interview framework.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on talent market trends, compensation competitiveness, and candidate availability.
- Collaborate with Finance and department leaders to align workforce planning with recruiting priorities.
- Support People & Culture initiatives such as onboarding, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience supporting both high-volume hiring and corporate roles strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting in fast-growth or operational environments (technology, logistics, security services, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience is a plus).
- A genuine passion for building teams and helping organizations grow.
