Registered Manager Denton (covering Manchester and Tameside)
Salary: Up to 65,000 depending on experience + performance bonus

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Denton hub, delivering homecare across Manchester and Tameside. This is a well-established service with a strong team behind it what we need now is the right leader to take it forward.
This isn't a step-up role. We need someone who has already managed a busy domiciliary care service, knows what quality looks like on the ground, and can lead a team across a wide geographic patch without losing grip on the detail.
What the role involves
Leading day-to-day homecare operations across Manchester and Tameside, managing commissioned care contracts and their KPIs, developing your team, and maintaining CQC compliance across a large, busy patch. You'll manage budgets, own service performance, and build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, and families.
What we need from you
Proven Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care essential
Experience managing commissioned or local authority homecare contracts
Confident managing care packages at scale across a wide area
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Solid understanding of CQC standards in a domiciliary setting
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Commercial awareness you'll own budgets and performance
