Job Function:

• Food Manufacturing Production Associate
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: M-F (9am -5pm)
  • Location: Inkster, MI
  • Hourly Rate: $16.00 to $17.00, based on skill set and experience

Overview:

1. Duties and Responsibilities:
   1. Physical activities requiring full body motion for standing, lifting, crouching, reaching, stretching, balancing, walking for 8 to 10 hour shifts
   2. Prepping of raw ingredients for food manufacturing in accordance with provided recipes
   3. Lifting up to 40 pounds
   4. Packing and weighing product
   5. Ability to follow specific recipes requiring math skills for measuring
   6. Following safety and OSHA requirements
2. Physical Environment:
   1. Warehouse environment
   2. Physically able to stand, walk, use full body motion for long periods of time
   3. Lifting up to 40 pounds
   4. Kitchen prep experience is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Strong attention to detail
2. Basic math skills
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Strong teamwork skills, desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
5. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
6. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
7. Take direction well with a positive attitude
