Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to launch your accounting career in the food and beverage industry? The Fremont Company — home to beloved brands Paisley Farm and Frank's Kraut — is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist – Key Accounts to join our finance team.

In this role, you'll manage and maintain B2B accounts receivable for key retail and distributor partners, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies, support month-end close activities, and help maintain strong financial relationships with our grocery and distribution partners.

What you'll do:

• Process and monitor invoices for key retail and distributor accounts
• Apply payments and reconcile account balances
• Research and resolve billing disputes and deductions
• Communicate professionally with customer accounts on outstanding balances
• Support month-end reporting and AR aging analysis

What you bring:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Clear, professional communication skills
• A team-first attitude and eagerness to grow
