TennMax America Inc. is a worldwide leader in electronic components for Aerospace and Military industries, is headquartered in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing operations. This role is central to ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and smooth coordination between our customers and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary customer contact for order inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders within our ERP system with accuracy
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing, scheduling, and shipping to plan production and meet delivery requirements
• Monitor job progress and proactively communicate lead times, changes, or delays
• Support customers with product information, order status updates, and documentation
• Assist with various operational and administrative duties to ensure efficient workflow across departments
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and order‑entry processes
• Excellent customer service, communication, and follow‑up skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Problem‑solver with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
