Job overview:
Perform major and minor repairs as a Senior Trailer Technician in Maryville, OH. Work on company trailers, intermodal chassis and containers.
Responsibilities:
- Repair or replace components on company trailers, chassis and containers.
- Perform repairs on major accident damage - some that may require welding.
- Diagnose and repair all issues involving trailer electrical systems.
- Communicate status updates with internal customers.
Skills and qualifications:
- Technical degree in welding, electronics, or related systems, or a minimum of 2 years of trailer technician experience.
- Mastery of various diesel technician tools, including hand and power tools, cutting and welding torches, frame and body straightening equipment, etc.
- Computer systems and diagnostic software experience.
- Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

- Non-exempt U.S. shop associates working 50% or greater of the daily shift time worked between 3 p.m. and 5 a.m. local time, receive a $1.50 per hour differential for hours worked.
- Non-exempt U.S. shop associates working weekend hours, receive a $0.65 per hour differential for hours worked. (Weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday - 5am Monday).
