Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Business Services Manager to supervise and direct the activities of the CareLink Member Accounts area, including monitoring of quality assurance and providing solutions for any member account issues in accordance with the health membership plan’s policies and procedures
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A High School diploma is required. A combined minimum of (3) years’ experience in hospital or physician billing and/or collections. Must have knowledge of basic insurance programs. Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Customer service and resolution experience required. One year of call center experience is preferred. Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Experience in the use of Windows software is required. Must be proficient in Excel. Work experience in a medical office or clinic setting is strongly preferred
