What You'll Do: Your Impact as a Sales Leader
Team Leadership & Daily Coaching- Inspire and coach a talented team of Sales and Leasing Agents and National Sales Specialists to exceed their potential
- Create an energizing team culture where wins are celebrated and every member feels valued
- Implement performance-driving strategies that keep your team motivated and focused
- Identify and remove obstacles, clearing the path for your team's success
- Foster collaboration and healthy competition through engaging sales leaderboards and recognition programs
- Guide your team through complex sales scenarios with expert coaching on strategy and closing techniques
- Ensure pipeline health and integrity through regular reviews and strategic adjustments
- Collaborate directly with the VP of Revenue to optimize inventory strategies and deal prioritization
- Transform pipeline challenges into conversion opportunities through tactical problem-solving
- Leverage data-driven insights to elevate team performance and individual growth
- Design and implement development plans that unlock each team member's potential
- Partner with Learning and Development to create exceptional onboarding experiences
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethical sales practices
- Serve as a crucial link between sales teams and executive leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure your team has everything needed to succeed
- Provide valuable market insights that shape organizational strategy
- 2+ years in sales leadership with proven coaching success, ideally in real estate, property management, or high-volume sales
- Remote-savvy leader who can motivate teams across multiple regions
- Exceptional communication, data interpretation, and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support teams across regions
- Directly contribute to helping families find their ideal community homes
- Develop your leadership skills in a role that blends tactical execution with strategic thinking
